If a product is sold-out, when will it be back on the webshop?
A product variety may be temporarily sold-out. When the item is back in stock we will directly update the inventory on the webshop. If you have any special wishes or if you would like to be updated when there is a restock, please let us know by emailing: [email protected].
How do I place an order?
Choose your item, then choose the right size if needed and click on the cart. The product will be placed in your shopping cart. If your basket is filled with all your needs then you can click on the cart button on the top right side of the webshop. You can follow the payment steps to place your order. After the order is placed and paid you will receive the confirmation e-mail of the order and the payment. If you ordered on a working day before 16:00, your order will be collected and delivered at Bpost the same day.

Which payment methods are available?
The shop of Bass Events has different payment methods, it is possible to pay with Bank overschrijving, Paypal, Bancontact / Mister Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Sofort, and iDeal.
How can I control my payments?
If you log in on the webshop, click 'My Account' and you will see all the orders including the unpaid ones.
Can I change my payment method?
Yes, you can. Login via 'My Account', click on 'Pay Now' behind the outstanding invoice, and follow the steps.
